Veteran Application

Triad Honor Flight is now taking by conflict (WWII, Korea, Cold War (between Korea and Vietnam) and Vietnam. For the Vietnam Veterans who served starting in 1961 or later, we are working to take by waitlist now. There are hundreds on the waitlist from 2020-2023, so please be patient with us. We are working to fill spots 3 months prior to flight date. Exceptions to this include terminally or critically ill. Please keep us posted if you are dealing with health concerns. Please also note on the application or notify us if you are healthy & mobile and would like to be paired with another veteran (don’t need a guardian, per say) as this helps get more veterans on each flight. We will also keep names on a standby list if we have drops the weeks leading up to a flight.

If you have applied previously, no need to reapply. Please email [hidden]to confirm you are on the list if there is any question. Once you are confirmed, you will be sent additional paperwork with waivers and additional medical details to be updated. We can alternatively send a link to do so online. At that time, you will be asked to supply an ID (Military ID, Passport or Real ID for TSA) and a photo in uniform if you have one.
